Terms of Service

These Terms govern Project Ramos Studio at studio.projectramos.com, operated by Adrian Ramos under the Project Ramos name (“we,” “us”). Contact: adrian@projectramos.com.

Access and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms. Access requires approval. Provide accurate account and request information and use only invitations issued for your email address. Approval creates your own workspace; it does not authorize access to other users’ workspaces. Keep your password and invitation links confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service

Project Ramos Studio provides content planning, media management, and connections to supported social platforms. Features depend on platform permissions, technical availability, and our service configuration. Access is free unless you separately agree to paid terms; these Terms do not authorize charges.

TikTok is currently available only to designated sandbox testers. We do not promise production TikTok access or approval. For the upload-to-Inbox workflow, you must finish editing and posting in TikTok. A successful upload is not confirmation of public publication.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in your content. You give us permission to store, process, display within the service, and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you request, including transfers to the accounts you authorize. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

You are responsible for your content, captions, publishing settings, and the accounts you connect. Upload or publish only material you have the right to use, including any music, images, people’s likenesses, and trademarks. Obtain necessary permissions and make required advertising or sponsorship disclosures. Review content and its destination before sending or scheduling it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Project Ramos Studio for unlawful content or activity, infringement, spam, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive account activity. Do not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent approval or platform limits, share another person’s credentials, or interfere with the service. Follow the terms and policies of every connected platform.

Third-party platforms

Social platforms operate independently and may reject, delay, limit, or remove content or revoke permissions. You authorize transfers when using a feature that sends content to a connected platform. Your use of that platform is also governed by its terms and privacy policy. Project Ramos Studio is not endorsed by TikTok or other connected platforms.

Availability and account closure

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular publication time, retention as an archival service, or specific platform features. Keep your own copies of important content. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or service capacity. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us. Removing your Project Ramos Studio account does not remove content already sent to third-party platforms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, connected-account data, media, and access requests are handled. Do not use the service to store confidential documents or other information unrelated to social publishing.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. We do not require arbitration or waive your statutory consumer rights through these Terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes and will show the effective date here. For material changes affecting existing users, we will provide notice through the service or an account contact before applying them where required.
