From invitation to your first post
1. Request access
Complete the request form with your name, email, and how you plan to use Project Ramos Studio. Adrian reviews requests manually. If approved, he sends a private invitation to the email you supplied. There is no promised response time.
2. Create your workspace
Invitation links expire after 72 hours and can be used once. Open the link, choose a workspace name and a password of at least 12 characters, review the Terms and Privacy Policy, and create your account. If your invitation expires, contact support for a replacement.
3. Connect an account
Sign in and choose Add Channel. Select a supported platform and authorize an account you own or have permission to manage. Review the permissions requested on the platform’s authorization screen. Never send your social-platform password to support.
4. Prepare content
Create a post, select its destination channel, add your original media, and write a caption. Review the media and all available destination settings before scheduling or sending. The available options depend on the connected platform and its approval status.
TikTok: finish in the mobile app
TikTok is currently limited to designated sandbox testers. For the tested upload workflow, select “Upload content to TikTok without posting it.” After sending, open the TikTok mobile app and check Inbox for the TikTok Platform upload notice. Open the video, edit it, and choose its audience. You can save a draft or complete publication yourself.
A successful upload in Project Ramos Studio means the video was sent to TikTok; it does not by itself mean that a public TikTok post exists. Public production access and Direct Post remain subject to TikTok approval.
Disconnecting and deleting data
Remove a channel from Project Ramos Studio when you no longer want to use it. You can also revoke Project Ramos Studio access in the connected platform’s account settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete posts already published on that platform.
To request deletion of your Project Ramos Studio account, uploaded media, or access-request information, email adrian@projectramos.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting.
