Privacy Policy
Adrian Ramos, operating Project Ramos Studio under the Project Ramos name, is responsible for this service at studio.projectramos.com. Contact adrian@projectramos.com about privacy or data requests.

Information processed
- Access requests: your name, email address, intended use, request date, and approval decision. Invitation records include expiry and redemption information.
- Your account: email, name, workspace details, a password hash, and account status. When you create an invited account, we record acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy version.
- Connected accounts: authorization tokens and account identifiers needed to maintain connections, and profile information, statistics, or public-video information made available under the permissions you grant and the features you use.
- Content: uploaded media, captions, drafts, schedules, destination settings, and delivery or publication status.
- Service operation: authentication cookies and technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, and errors used in operation, security, and troubleshooting.
- Support: information you send when contacting us.
How information is used
We use this information to review access requests, create and authenticate accounts, provide separate workspaces, connect authorized accounts, process and deliver requested content, show available account information, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to requests. We do not ask for your TikTok password; TikTok authorization occurs on TikTok’s own authorization screen.
Storage and sharing
Project Ramos Studio is self-hosted on infrastructure managed by the operator. Its database stores account and service records, and uploaded files use local server storage. Hosting, network, security, and support services may process information as needed to deliver the service.
When you connect a social account or send content, the relevant social platform receives information necessary for that action and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. For TikTok, this may include video content and associated publishing information. See TikTok’s Privacy Policy.
Media delivery uses web-accessible file URLs so connected platforms can retrieve uploads. Anyone with a valid media URL may be able to view the file; uploads should not be treated as confidential storage. Workspace controls are separate from file-URL accessibility.
The operator may access records when administering the service or handling support and security issues. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and address misuse. This service does not sell personal information.
Cookies
Cookies maintain sign-in and workspace selection and support the application’s operation. Connected platforms may set their own cookies during authorization. Removing or blocking required cookies may prevent sign-in or connected features from working.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to operate your account, review access requests, deliver requested features, and address support, security, or legal obligations. Access-request records are retained for manual review and administration until removed; an unapproved request does not create a Studio account.
You can request deletion of an access request, account, or uploaded content by emailing adrian@projectramos.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Backup copies may persist until normal backup rotation, and some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Deletion from Project Ramos Studio does not delete content already transferred to a social platform; manage that content on the platform itself.
Your choices
You choose which accounts to connect and which content to send. You may disconnect accounts in Project Ramos Studio and revoke permissions in the connected platform’s settings. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to exercise other privacy rights available where you live. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Security and age
Account passwords are stored as hashes, and public access to the service uses HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and invitation links private. Project Ramos Studio is offered to adults aged 18 and older and is not intended for children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will display its effective date here. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through the service or an account contact where required. For questions, contact adrian@projectramos.com.
